About the Team

At present, the myriad activities at INK Business Media Pvt. Ltd. are effectively being executed by a robust team of 50 highly qualified and experienced professionals who function under diverse operational platforms such as Sales, Marketing, Sponsorship, Design & Printing, Operations, Events & Events Management and Research. The team makes it a point to maintain a perfect co-ordination between its internal departments which facilitates a smooth functioning thereby, minimizing the scope for error. The excellent teamwork is clearly reflected in the quality of events that we organize.

The team functions closely under the proficient guidance and dynamic leadership of the CEO, who is ably supported in his endeavours by the Executive Director of the organization. The duo continuously motivates the team to achieve its preset goals, inspires it to set new goals and facilitates the employees to outperform themselves while setting up new standards of performance for their peers.

Starting with a modest strength of five individuals, the company grew from strength to strength and today boasts of a collective strength of 50 professionals. The exponential growth of the staff strength from five to thirty was achieved within an incredibly short span of time. By the end of the year 2010, the total strength of the team is expected to touch 100.
